1. Services
Blissco may provide or facilitate accommodation, hospitality, rental, lease and property-related services. Availability, pricing, amenities, lease/rental terms and property rules may vary by property and will be communicated before confirmation where applicable.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking or rental/lease request is subject to availability, verification and acceptance by Blissco and/or the relevant property owner/manager. A booking becomes confirmed only after the required confirmation and payment, deposit or documentation specified for that service has been completed.
3. Customer / Guest / Tenant Information
Users must provide accurate, complete and current information. Where identity verification, KYC, address proof or other documentation is legally or operationally required, the user must provide valid documents.
4. Payments, Deposits & Charges
Applicable rent, accommodation charges, service charges, taxes, deposits and other disclosed charges must be paid within the stated time. Security deposits, where applicable, may be adjusted against unpaid dues, damage or other permitted charges and will otherwise be handled according to the applicable property/rental terms.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility will depend on the booking, accommodation or rental/lease terms applicable to the specific property or service. Any disclosed cancellation policy will form part of the agreement.
6. Property Rules & User Responsibilities
- Use the property only for the permitted purpose and within the agreed occupancy/usage limits.
- Follow property rules, safety instructions and applicable local laws.
- Do not intentionally damage property, fixtures, furniture, equipment or common areas.
- Do not engage in unlawful, hazardous, disruptive or nuisance activity.
- Do not transfer, sublet or assign a rental/lease or booking unless expressly permitted.
- Provide accurate information about occupants, guests and intended use.
7. Property Owner / Manager Responsibilities
Where Blissco is facilitating a property rather than directly owning or operating it, the relevant owner/manager remains responsible for matters allocated to them under the applicable agreement. Blissco will make reasonable efforts to coordinate service and communication within its role.
8. Availability, Listings & Errors
Blissco aims to keep property information, photographs, prices and availability accurate, but information may change and minor differences may occur. Blissco reserves the right to correct errors and, where necessary, cancel or modify a transaction subject to applicable law and the relevant booking terms.
9. Communications
Blissco may contact users through phone, WhatsApp, email, SMS or other available channels for service-related communications. Users should keep their contact details updated. WhatsApp and other third-party communication platforms are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
10. Website Use
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
The Blissco name, logo, branding, website content, graphics, text and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Blissco and may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.
12. Third-Party Services
The website may link to or integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, maps, social media, communication tools or other platforms. Blissco is not responsible for the independent terms, privacy practices or availability of third-party services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blissco will not be responsible for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, third-party acts, temporary service interruptions, inaccurate user information or misuse of a property by a user. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Suspension / Termination
Blissco may suspend or terminate access to services where a user breaches these Terms, provides false information, fails to make required payments, engages in unlawful activity, or where suspension is reasonably necessary for safety, security or legal compliance.
15. Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be addressed through good-faith communication first and, where unresolved, through the appropriate legal forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.
16. Changes to Terms
Blissco may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and existing contractual commitments.
